PCOS problem
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2013 and I took treatment for that. But suddenly from last year during periods every month I get very bad cramps from 1st-3rd day and very heavy bleeding. I work in night shifts and I don't get proper sleep time as well. Due to night shift, my lunch and dinner time is also not proper. I am about to get married in next 4 months and I am really worried whether my PCOS problem has increased or not. I don't want to face any issues in my conjugal life. Is my improper sleep timing and night shift has increased this problem?? Please help..
