Pda and pfo in newborn child
My baby was born today that is 28/09/2020. childrens doctor suggest 2d echo. it shows result 1.pfo+ (2m)L ->R shut 2.small pda L->R Shut. am attaching 2d echo report. please suugest me what am do now is it any serious issue and what we do now.

Hi, baby has acyanotic congenital heart disease at present. Over the time the holes/abnormal communication may close spontaneously. Follow up with paediatric cardiologist regularly.
