Pelvic tilt
I have a pelvic tilt, my left shoulder comes down and I feel left knee shorter than the right knee. I don't understand that which whom I consult, a physiotherapist or a ortho?

You need to consult an orthopedic and his associated physiotherapist. This has to be mainly due to an anomaly by birth. Most likely cause can be a sub-clinical polio or a spine associated pathology.

Next Steps
you need to see a physiotherapist specialised in posture correction.  under 4 weeks you should be 60 % better than your current posture
