I wanted to know what does no free fluid is seen in POD means and hormonal correlation is necessary

No free fluid in POD means no fluid in pouch of douglas.. This s a normal finding in an ultrasound. It has got nothing to do with hormonal correlation. Consult directly for any further assistance
