Pen marks on hand
I sleep 24/7 on bed but suddenly when I get up in between I see some pen marks on my hand so I noticed that I'm writing something in night . today I got up and searched for the paper I wrote shockingly it was a suicide note ,wat to do now.

you should go and see a psychiatrist and explain to him everything in detail.
carry whatever you have written also along with you to him.
