PENIS FORESKIN INTACT
Hello Dr.
Age 27 years . Married. The foreskin of my penis is intact. When i have sex without using condom, The foreskin comes down and i have difficulty pulling it up. The skin in the area of the head of the penis is also very sensitive. I want to break the foreskin. Plz suggest me what should i do ?

Hello, Phimosis is the inability to retract the foreskin behind the head (glans) of the penis. ... Pathologic phimosis occurs due to infection, inflammation, or scarring and is usually found in uncircumcised adult men, in early stages can be treated with steroid cream and cause specific treatment, in late stages needs circumcision. Some curve in penis is common if it is very painful please consult a general surgeon.
