Penis infection
Hi doctor,
I've couple of cuts on my foreskin and also it got tighten due which i can't pull back my foreskin. There is some white cheesy substance also smelly. I have only one sexual partner. I think it's fungal infection. And now i can't pull my foreskin like i use to before this infection. I usually clean my penis with lukewarm water and non scented soap(dettol soap). After wash i let it dry then i pull down my skin. But now because of this infection it itches a lot plus it pains when i get erection. While having sex also it pains so much. I don't use condom. Please doctor recommend me some remedy for this problem. I'd really appreciate.

Do not apply any soap just clean with water and apply candid cream and put mycoderm powder. Regularly for 20 days.
