Penis infection
I have an infection in my penis and above skin is get tight n its is not open properly if i tried to open then the skin is cut n it is very paining at the time of urine,
and every morning its itches like hell and some white thing is collected in my penis,
plz help me out or plz recommend a doctor for me n plz suggest which dr. is deal with this issue.
