I have got small pimples like spots in pink colour over the head of d penis... Is it harmful...What can I take for it to get cured, please suggest

Well sir..it might be bacterial infection which has occurred probably due to the normal Flora in that region..but its really difficult to suggest you without examining them..so I suggest you to consult a general surgeon and take an opinion
