Hi I am 19 facing a weird problem everyday I wake up with pre cum it’s every second literally but just a little drip and the tip of my penis itches a little bit literally doesn’t bother me at all but I went to the drs to get check took a piss test and everything but they said I was fine that it wasn’t a std that I was having a allergic reaction to my boxers but I wanna know why it keeps happening ?
