The rash on the penis tip, as described, could be due to irritation, friction, or mild inflammation, possibly associated with frequent masturbation or inadequate post-cleaning dryness. Occasional itching without pain or other symptoms suggests a non-infectious cause.
Next Steps
An online consultation can help if further assessment is required. Let me know if you'd like help setting this up.
Health Tips
Hygiene: Continue cleaning the area daily with lukewarm water, avoiding harsh soaps or scrubbing. Moisturization: Use a mild, fragrance-free moisturizer or an emollient to avoid dryness. Avoid Irritants: Refrain from using products like scented lotions or harsh detergents on undergarments. Reduce Friction: Minimize activities that could increase friction (e.g., frequent masturbation). Wear Breathable Undergarments: Use loose, cotton underwear to allow ventilation and reduce moisture buildup.
