Penis related problem
I had some small pimple like substance on my penis head it was no pain and nothing however I went to hakim and he prescribed me some unani medicine and cream for treatment for 10 days now it's fine but recently I feel some mild burning sensation in the urine line upto penis head not entire line so please help me.

Thank you for your question. You do not mention if you are sexually active. If yes, there is a possibility of a sexually transmitted infection. If not it is likely to be a urinary infection. Both cases need proper evaluation and testing followed by correct treatment. I cannot comment about the treatment you have received. Many lesions on the genitals appear and subside on their own but the disease process can continue. It is therefore very important to be examined by a doctor who knows what they are treating and who are aware of the current common infections and their internationally approved evidence based treatments. Failure to do this can result in long term problems which are not always obvious at the beginning. Safe sex is very important and using condoms for every sexual act is absolutely necessary to prevent sexually transmitted infections. This includes oral, vaginal and anal sex.  Not to do so puts a person at risk. I would recommend that you see a doctor specialising in Skin and DVD. They will examine you, do the correct tests and then treat you. hope this helps
