Penis skin doesnt roll back.

Doctor, my skin on penis does not roll back since childhood. Only a pink dot and a cut on it is visible. I am very afraid of the thought that i wont be able to have sex. Will I be able to have sex? Will this be a problem during sex? Is it a serious issue or will it subside on its own?
