  4. Percentage disability. Certificate?

Percentage disability
My left eye reads 3/60 and right eye reads 6/24, What is the percentage disability? Do i get disability certificate? I have been roaming to government hospital since 3 days ( Vijayapura, Karnataka). None of the doctor is responding!!

Approximately 30-40% . You'll need to procure disability certificate from government hospital.

You need to undergo detailed examination. Is the vision can be corrected to 6/6.As for present condition, you are not eligible for disability certificate. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
