Perianal abscess if do not heal after surgery, then it is likely a case of anal Fistula . For anal Fistula surgery or VAAFT/ MAFT is not a good choice as it carries a high incidence of recurrence and faecal incontinence. How ever with graded Kshar sutra this problem can be effectively treated without any complication .scientific study conducted by Indian council of medical research at AIIMS New Delhi has clearly indicated that Kshar sutra treatment is more effective &convenient as compared to surgery in the patients of anal Fistula. You consult any good surgical specialist ie M S (Ayurveda) for getting this treatment.
