My perineal stitches got broke...Should i get them re suture again?If I do not get them re stitch will it create any complications in future or I will face any problem???

It depends upon how big is a breakthrough because it is very small little unite on its own if it is big it will be like old perennial there we should not do any surgery right now let it heal then you can fresh and the edges to resuture again

You should get them restitched. If
you don't get them restitched , the healing will still occur but it will take a long time and healing will be haphazard and scar tissue may be fibrosed and be a source of pain during intercourse.
