Perineum soft lump. Kya yeh ca hai?

Hi i have lump in my perineum from last 2.5 years..growth is very slow n i dnt think that i have noticed any growth becz it feels same when ever i touch.d lump soft and size is small n feels soft whn evr testicles are in relaxed position bt feel hard whn ever penis is erected or else testis are shrinked.Now a days lump is creating problem like i feel pain in ischial tuberosity whn i sit on hard surface aisa nahi hai ki pain har jgah baithne mein hoti hai ischial tuberosity mein.sirf pain tab hoti hai jaise koi nerve press ho rahi ho ischial tuberosity mein..because main press krne ki try krta hoon ischial tuberosity n near muscles tab koi pain nahi hoti but galt baithne se bht pain hoti hai jaise pintching vali n lump ab jab usko bar bar press krke dekhta hoon toh baad mein thodi c pain feel hoti hai vaise pain nahi hai lump mein no fever no abdominal pain no urine prob.healthy and contnt weight 83kgs n gym freak..yeh lump ab pain q krne lga after2.5yrs after pressing.kya yeh CA hai?
