I have a child of 3 years of age. I have irregular periods problem. I have a cycle of 40 days normally. But this time, it has been 3 months and I have not got any periods. I checked pregnancy test too..but it is negative. So what should I do?

Hi. Do a scan to rule out Pcos . Also chek your thyroid function test and S prolactin . Meanwhile start Tab Regesterone 5mg twice a day after food for 5 days . When you stop the tabs after 7 to 10 days you will get the periods .please excercise daily for 30 min.
