Periods issue
My last period was on 5 feb still today it not came so please tell me period days count should be from arrived day or last day of period and between how many day periods cycle come , i am experiencing a light stomach ache sometimes from last one week

The period date is said to be the first day of the period.
Normal cycles are between 25-35 days.

Hi,
It is counted from the last day of your previous cycle. Wait for 2 weeks, if still you didn’t get periods, consult nearby gynaecologist.
