Periods or pregnancy?

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My periods usually show up between 11th and 13th.On the morning of 13th August 2018 i experienced some bleeding and it did not show up again until after a day of intercourse and this time it was bright red and stopped completely.I took a test on the 15th and it came out negative.Still,i feel fatigued and nausea.Could i be pregnant?

Reconfirm by Bhcg.If comes negative then no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.
