Periods problems. Stomach ache a lot!

Hey doc! My gf bleeding low and brownish type is coming through. she was taking periods enduring pills from 6-7 days and today shes been bleeding but just little and dat too brownish can she be pregnant and also she is an PCOD patient her last normal periods were on 17december. Me and my gf intimated on 19Jan 2019 and thhought maybe my pre cum would have gone through my fingers in her vagina and she took I-Pill on 20Jan night at 8:30 then again on same day we had another session but we just rubb against each with condom and again she felt in anxiety and took another pill on 22 Jan 8:30 and she had some bleeding on 31st for few days same brownish and low and then on 23 February we had another session i just did fingering and she thought same but this we didnt used any pill and now rest is above !! Plz doc help us we are soo worried and she is having stomach ache a lot
