If your cycles are irregular and you are trying to conceive then you need baseline investigation first , after that probably ovulation induction and follicular monitoring can be planned. Consult directly for further management

You can get pregnancy but in some cases there will be late. Consult to gynecologist and get done ultrasonography for pcod.If pcod is there start treatment and medication.Get done all hormones status.
