Periungual wart removal

Asked for Female, 21 Years

A friend of mine was diagnosed with periungual wart on his left thumb. He was advised to get it operated and get some tests done before being operated. What is the cost of laser treatment? I have read about the recurrence of that wart even after surgery, is it true? Is there any permanent cure for this? Or any other treatment like home remedies and medications?
