Permanent tooth is not coming again
Hi, My son first Lower milk tooth fallen a month back. But till now there is no symptoms of new permanent teeth coming again. Can some one please confirm by when new teeth will come again from the moment it fall ? How long I can wait before consulting with a dentist ? Also I noticed second teeth near that fallen teeth is weak now. Regards Jegan

It is important to know which part of the lower teeth has fallen. If it is from the front area then it will erupt in a few months. If it is from behind area it may take some time.

Hello  after falling  of milk tooth it takes min 3 months that permanent  tooth part will  be  visible. This is  normal. Need not to worry.

Hello, It is normal that some kids eruption time is delayed and you can get a x ray done to check if there is a permanent tooth present . If present with out any obstruction then you can wait. If presence of any calcified tissue obstruction then it has to be removed . You can consult get a opinion and wait as clinic examination is very important.

Hello, normally the eruption age is 6 to 7 years. A delay in eruption upto 6 months is normal. You can wait for some more time . If you want you can consult a dentist and take an X-ray to confirm the presence of erupting tooth
