Persistent Headaches
I m having persistent headaches which changes position sometimes left side sometimes right side and some time both side together... What problem it could be!!? And a note that I had a fall on right side of face

headache could be due to various reasons. if its along with vomiting/nausea and blurred vision it could be migraine. you should consult an ent or a physician. it could even be sinusitis according to the symptoms.

Migrane - Avoid eating foods with nitrates such as hot dogs, deli meats, bacon, and sausage - Avoid food such as chocolate, cheese, blue, feta, cheddar, Parmesan, Swiss cheese, alcohol especially red wine, foods that contain monosodium glutamate (MSG), a flavor enhancer foods that are very cold such as ice cream or iced drinks processed foods, pickled foods, beans, dried fruits, cultured dairy products such as buttermilk, sour cream, and yogurt - Inhaling lavender essential oil may ease migraine pain. - Apply a menthol solution to the forehead and temples has shown to give relief. - Having food items such as ginger, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts, cashews, peanut butter, oatmeal, eggs and milk - Destress with practices such as yoga, meditation - Sleep properly with a minimum of 8 hours of sleep at night. - When attacks of migraine come sitting in a dark silent room has shown to give relief. If the condition persists or worsens visit the nearest ER.

Sinusitis - Do steam inhalation(plain steam) regularly - Drink water at an average of 3 liters per day - Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they cause dehydration and will worsen your condition. - Have spicy food once in a while which will help clear your sinuses - Use a humidifier in your room which is seen to be beneficial in sinusitis - Wiping the face regularly with a towel moist with hot water has also shown to help.
