Persistent Urinary Symptoms
I have frequent urination for past 1 year lower obdominal pain, back pain and testes pain. I had sex with multiple partners protected sex and unprotected Oral sex. I screened for serology got negative for hiv, hepatitis b and hepatitis c. Routine urine analysis and urine culture report were normal no bacteria found. Then why I'm getting this symptoms. Can anyone explain.

You should see an STD specialist who would run a battery of STI tests on you, examine you, examine your prostate for possible hidden infections. He would also look for evodence of urinary stones, which may also cause symptoms like yours.
