I'm 67 yr old woman with fever since yesterday.. Today also 102 fever in morning.. Body pain too and a little blocked nose.. Should I go for the Pet CT scan?
My pulmologist gave it to me for the first time as he found lung nodules and mass on my lungs.. She is suspecting? Scar Carcinoma
I have heard that fever means inflammation in body so will this affect my Pet Scan results? Should I go anyways
Or Reschedule?

You should go for the PET scan.
I am not a sonologist but I know that a Sonologist will know how to distinguish between an inflammation due to "any" fever and the findings of lung nodules due to malignancy.
