Pet scan shows  remission
My mother was diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian cancer.her CA 125 was 6800 before treatment.now after 6 rounds of chemotherapy CA 125 is 176. And doctor advised for PET SCAN .now ,the PET scan report shows 95%  remission. I am attaching the latest pet scan reports in this query . please guide me how to proceed now with treatment and chances of complete recovery

As per your report very good response to chemitherapy. If surgery is not planned then some form of maintence treatment can be considered

Have you undergone surgery ? If not need to see and do fnac from supraclavicular node ..

You need to take opinion reg endobronchial or endoesophageal guided FNAC from paratracheal node.. Need to continue chemotherapy second line ...based on FNAC report.. Follow up with close surveillance may be needed
