Phobias and anxiety
I have phobias and I am scared of close areas, water and height. I frequently grt anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Lonliness and negative thoughts pop very frequently and of a sudden I enter into zones of deep thinking. At times while sleeping i get weird dreams like being stuck in cyclones or drowned by water. I also feel presence of people who are no more around me and this specially happens when I sleep. I drive a two wheeler and may a times feel suffocated if there is too much crowd. I also go into deep thinking and different workd at times when driving. My opinions keep changing from one end to another. Feel stressed and tend to oversleep. Have gained a lot of weight because of this
