Hello sir I am 21 years old and I have phymosis of grade 3, my urethral metus is partially visible or sometimes not visible, actually I am not in the situation to afford circumcision so I would like to ask you is there any medicinal way like cream or gel which can atleast loose my foreskin so that at least I am able to clean it from inside, and is it okay if I continue with phymosis for age 25-26 and then go for circumcision. What are the risk factors which can happen if I continue with phymosis.

Phimosis is a condition in which a person is unable to pull back his foreskin either Partially or Completely.
I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision).
We are glad to inform you that not all patients have to undergo a surgery. Phimosis can be corrected/ Treated without Surgery as well.
A lot many patients after 'researching' a lot on Google get depressed and convinced that circumcision is the only way to get rid of phimosis which is not true.
Circumcision is one way BUT NOT THE ONLY WAY... Many believes that its not possible or if it's possible then after sometime it will again go back to the previous stage.
We don't know how true is that coz frankly speaking, we haven't seen and observed any patient of ours coming back to stage 0.
We are yet to see... Pun intended but with all due respect

Suppose ur having grade 3 then only option is circumcision. You don't have much risk ..may have some side effects also like it wil take a time to recover fully ..may be u will feel mild irration along with itching sometimes ..for all over , pros and cons , pros r more
