Blood is flowing during bowel movement and then severe pain is occurring through the day pls suggest what to do I am very worried lot is pain is happening and blood is flowing lots

Get checkup by surgeon.meanwhile you can apply xylocain ointment 5% twice daily ,tab clip 500 mg twice daily,tab flexon twice daily
