How to get rid of pain after bowel movement...im unable to bear pain. Actually I had vaginal delivery. After delivery having large stools how to avoid dis nd pain

Pain during defecation is usually due to anal fissures. Avoid having constipation.

You can apply lignocaine gel locally in anus...it will give u relief in pain
