Sir/madam,
Few days back during defecation a small protrusion has came out through anal opening along with burning pain. Now the protrusion reduces in size but there is pain only during defecation, around anal opening. There is no bleeding . No other symptoms.
Now i am out of my town and trapped in a containment zone.No good doctor nearby. Please suggest me the treatment of the problem. Thank you

May be fissure or thrombosed ext heamorroids make stool soft by taking fiber rich food like vegetables banana also take syrup cremaffin plus 15 ml at night
Apply p cool ointment before stool use warm water to clean
