According to your history it seems you are suffering from haemorrhoids. You can take sitz bath with warm water . Apple lignocaine ointment  15 minutes before motion. You should also increase high fibre diet, green leafy vegetables and water in your diet. They act as natural laxatives. With regular caution it will subside little but for final treatment I suggest you to meet doctor - a general surgeon or anorectal specialist surgeon and get your queries clarified.
