Piles treatment without surgery
I have piles which does not have pain so far as per doc I have to get surgery.
Should I go for it or should I first try medicine.

Hello,
Usually piles are due to hard stool means constipation. So u REQUIRED stool softener like cremafine pink three teaspoons for till stool becomes soft.
You have not mentioned whether pain is there,or blood is there.
If pain SEITZ BATH
sit in hot water filled in tub add four lids of betadin solution for ten minutes two times a day for ten to fifteen days.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk FREQUENTLY ,n salad before lunch and dinner so stool remains soft.
LOCALLY APPLY ANOVATE/ shield/ PROCTOSEDIL OINTMENT WITH FINGER first on butthole than push it gentaly inside anal cannal so you can apply oint all around in anal MUCOSA two times a day for three weeks for PROPER HEALING.
It's a RECURRENT PROSSESS when ever you take SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD constipation is there n cycle repreats, after surgery by any metod it RECCURE. So CONTROL in temptation n toung is must. Ok.
