Piles with heavy pain
I am 25 year old female , having the problem of piles. Taking the ayurvedic treatment from last 4 days so the bleeding is very less but there is no relief in the pain.taking the sitz bath also.There is so much skin is outside the anus so just want to know that generally how much time it take to get the relief from pain.

Most likely you are suffering from Chronic Anal fissure with sentinel tag. Anal Fissure can be treated completely by Graded Kshar Karma Therapy. In this treatment Specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region. Kshar Karma debrides the Fissure and induces healing. You will feel relief in pain within a week or so. Once the pain has subsided tag will be removed by Ksharsutra ligation. For now you should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) 3 times daily followed by application of some soothing and healing ointment like Sushruta Ointment/ Coconut oil/ Cow's Ghee . Take some stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta Churna or Haritaki Churna 1 tea spoon full in night with warm water for regular bowel movement.
