Pilonidal Sinus
I have been diagnosed with Pilonidal Sinus and the doctor has suggested a surgery. Please advise if surgery is the only way forward. I found out that there are good ayurvedic treatments that cures Pilonidal permanently. Thanks

It is mis concept, Pilonidal Sinus in Ayurvedic concept know as Nadivrana, and it purely surgical condition with Chhedan or Kshara Sutra.....no Ayurved treatment to cure it with medication
