Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hi I can totally understand your concern about you acne problem. Though acne is chronic inflammatory disease but when proper and adequate treatment is taken ot can be cured and prevented. Remember early treatment is the key to prevent any complications due to acne like scars, pigmentation etc. Dont's- 1. Scrub the face. 2. Self treat yourself. 3. Wash your face many times a day. You can consult me either oine or at my clinic.
