24 yrs.I had a flawless skin throughout my life didnt even HV a single brkout in my teens. Its been a year now that I have been suffering frm pimples/ acne.I hv a normal skin,have been using benzac ac gel.I HV 4- 5 active pimples,,n severals small cysts kind of bumps on my face.I HV regular periods,bowel movement is regular,n I do get a good 7/8 hrs sleep.N I m staying at home 4 four mths,so my skin in pollution n mkup free.(m veg n I tk lots of fruits)pls suggest ointment n a mark removing crm.

Hi Thanks for your query. Pimples occur mainly due to hormonal imbalances which causes an overproduction of oil and cells inside a skin follicle. They block the opening of the skin pore and cause the follicle under the skin to swell and become red. It usually starts in teenage, but most of the time lasts into adulthood.  1. Avoid breaking the boils  2. Use a good sunscreen properly  3.
