Pimples on my face it was on cheeks only

i having the face problem that the pimples are red in colour but my face brown colour always sweeling that the pimples not decresaing

Are you using any cosmetics on your face if yes please stop it. Try to frequently wash your face with water. Use clinaldamycin cream once daily and tretinoin cream 0.025% cream at night. If the numbers are more then you have to take oral antibiotics
