Pimples on scrotum, penis starting area
I saw a pimple which looks like mosquito bite on my ball upper side. Then after 5 hours or so I found 3 other pimples around my balls. I don't know what are those but they are really itchy and looking red. And then again I got another pimple on my left nipple and it is also same. I am having jock itch or I think so from long time and I'm trying to get rid of it. I am washing my genitals with Dettol once a day. And this pimple situation arrived. I want to know what is this and how to treat this as fast as possible. And also I need Suggestions to treat jock itch.
