Continuous treatment is required for adult acne. It is not failure as the skin type cannot be changed. Hormonal treatment is given only when pcod is present t which may cause acne. Hairgrowth on face and body can be due to other underlying hormonal disturbances. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
