If it’s an 80% blockage, then you may need that to be cleared. Though occasional pinch in chest is not the typical symptom of the kind of blockages found in your angiogram, at your age we expect significant number of patients having not so typical symptoms like what you have. In view of the disparity between your symptoms and what has been found in your angiogram, It needs detailed interrogation to understand your symptoms, as well as the angiogram CD needs to be reviewed, while you continue your medications as suggested.
