Planning pregnancy with PCOS
I have irregular periods and am planning for pregnancy. How can I detect my fertile window? May I use ovulation detection kits? As I have pcos.

Before plaining pregnancy you need treatment for irregular period and other problems of pcos should be in control otherwise in pregnancy you may get complications

Hi there,
It's difficult to tell fertile window in irregular menses.
And also sometimes ovulation does not occur hence cause irregular menses.
You should get treatment first for irregular menses.

You need to be treated for pcos.only if cycle is regular then we can tell about fertile window
