Plaque build up
I live in USA, dental treatments are very expensive that I can never afford one here! I have a plaque build up lower teeth backside! I brush twice still lot of plaque build up! Is there any alternative to clear my plaque myself without going for deep cleaning as in here, dental treatments are very expensive! Can we dissolve plaque?

If its calcified plaque then it can be removed only with scaling. You can just stop further progression of plaque with water flosser

Hi you cannot do it by yourself at home ! You will need professional help.. until then you can try water flosser at home for better maintainence( make sure to keep the speed in check)

You need to visit a dentist for teeth cleaning to remove plaque build up. Once its done then you can take necessary measures at home yourself to prevent new plaque or tartar deposition from taking place.

The only way to remove the plaque buildup is through scaling. Unfortunately no home remedy except professional help can solve the issue.

Hello As such there are no methods to remove plaque by ourself But you can wait until you come to India by maintaining proper oral hygiene especially in the area that has more deposits
