U might be suffering from Dengue fever.
Kindly visit a local hospital with your results asap for further management

in the meantime, keep yourself well hydrated. have paracetamol tab (650mg) if u develop fever, one tab to be taken every 6 hours.

Even if it is dengue, u need not worry.With proper management, dengue is easily treatable.
