These are my cervical spine MRI reports, please check. Iam experiencing severe upper back right side pain & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, able to lift hand, normal bowel movement. please explain my reports . What is the treatment for this. Whom to consult. Please reply.

The pain can be due to fatigued muscles of right dominant upper limb. Due to mobile use, laptop and doing some domestic activities. Also poor and prolonged sitting can contribute to muscle fatigue and pain.
