Please help
3 months back i had acid reflux problem which i thought is a heart problem...i got my ecg n echo done and it was normal...But since then i have become a very different person, earlier i was very very carefree person use to eat alot outside now i get tensed when i eat outside i think my heart rate will go up and because of that it happens always and after eating i am always checking my heart rate non stop n it reaches 95- 115 at that time..i think i will have the same problem i always have thoughts that i will die...and m always touching between my neck whether my heart rate is high..and check on my mobile again n again..

Hi practo user you are a strong person. But at times in certain situations happening in life we attach a fear sometimes which links with that condition and mind gets alert and the thoughts change into feelings and becomes a learned pattetn. You have somewhere developed the anxiety within related to the present episode.
Next Steps
Learn to deep breath. Inhlae slowly from nose and exhale from mouth slowly. Feel your breaths and let go your anxiety. Do not compare yourself what you thought before and what you think now. Learn to be in present activity you are doing. Push yourself for walks gyms and work onto your thouhts.

Hi,it appears that it was a panic attack and as of now it's appears that it now developed as panic disorder. Still I strongly recommend you that please visit a psychiatrist and get evaluated first.
Next Steps
