Please help me Doctor
My daughter fell down from chair and got deep cut inside her mouth and small cut below her lips and chin. I couldn't find any pediatrician nearby. I want to medical shop they gave me betadine gargle solution, crocin for pain relief, t- bact ointment and antibiotics ( clavam forte) . Is antibiotics needed? If yes then what is the dose?? I am attaching her inner mouth photo please help me. Her age is 2.6 yrs and her weight is 10.3 kgs. Thank you in advance.

Good evening
You can start with antibiotic 2.5 ml bd and syp crocin as per age of baby. Yes looks like a deep cut hence antibiotic would be needed. Kindly visit a nearby Clinic too, to assess the requirement of stitching, if needed. Also keep good oral hygiene.
Wound should heal in 7-10 days.
