Do you have a pain in your wisdom tooth .
It might be impacted leading to reduced mouth opening.
-warm saline gargle 3-4 times.
- Mox 500mg
1 tab td x 5 days
-Zerodol Sp
1 tab bd x 5 days
-Keterol Dt Sos
-Tab Rantac D.
1 tab bd before meal x 5 days.

If red spot is irritating you than you can apply dologel ointment on it 3-4 times a day
Mouth opening reduction is a transient thing it will relieve in future you just close your mouth try blowing and hold that for 30 seconds repeat it 5-10 times a day
